The Chinese have always been characterized as people that save; this is due to the crisis that they lived in past time. Chinese food comes from the shortage; the Chinese to save fuel they cut their food into tiny pieces and cook it in boiling water, an example of this is the only rice that is cooked in boiling water. In the morning a traditional Chinese breakfast rice soup or some porridge, breakfast is considered the main food of the day because for them to lunch at a non-working day is often a main meal. The main meal is eaten when people finish work, they do not feel they have eaten but have a bowl of rice, this is their staple food, the festive meal in China consists of dumplings, meat stews and noodle dishes. The type of food in China also depends on the region in which each person is, for example, the Chinese mountains fed pork, bamboo, mushrooms and deciduous fruits and nuts. Chinese foods also have a variety of dishes made ​​with fish and seafood cooked in oil at high temperatures that allow the Chinese to save fuel and time.
